I incorporate coaching and mentoring into my counselling sessions as I am always aware that we all need to be able to live our day to day lives whilst seeking help and guidance.
Sometimes we feel that we need someone to work alongside us as a coach or mentor but find that traditional coaches seem too intimidating, loud, and sometimes aggressive. This then leads us to feeling inadequate and not knowing who to turn to and often results in seeking out counselling. Working with me means that we can incorporate all skills and techniques used within coaching but also explore how you came to hold your limiting beliefs and the reasons that you self sabotage. I don’t use complicated jargon or acronyms but sit with you and show you how you can move forwards and not repeat previous patterns.
